clock is overclocking... most people say it doesnt matter... but not touching it is the easiest... you will be able to see it.

i have never had a problem with sleep mode... but some people do... so it wont matter if it happens but dont do it unnecessarily. (all it does is freeze your mem card, take out, reinsert has worked for me)

DO NOT take out and reinsert memory stick while its been read off of. Theres a chance that you might fry the memory stick. My friends has his fried because of that.
